Jessica Mainhardt, CDP®

Jessica is responsible for the operations and business administration of Arkview Capital. Prior to Arkview, Jessica worked with the Co-Founders at Ziff Brothers Investments for 10 years.

Prior to ZBI, Jessica worked as a graduate assistant at Indiana University. While attending university, she performed with opera companies, orchestras, and in communities both nationally and internationally. Community outreach was an important staple in her vocal career.

Jessica brings her passion for creating an inclusive environment to Arkview Capital. She is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)®, a specialized qualification designation credential that focuses on the day-to-day aspects of workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. She is eager to build strategies and corporate policies to create a culture of equity and a sense of belonging.

Jessica is a member of 3GNY, an educational non-profit organization founded by grandchildren of Holocaust survivors with a mission to educate diverse communities. She is also an active member of the Society for Diversity, the leading professional association for diversity and inclusion in the US.

Jessica holds a Master of Music degree from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.

She lives in New Rochelle, New York with her husband and two children. She enjoys baking, classical music, and the Green Bay Packers.
